Bleeding Love

This is the name of a song I have heard by Leona Lewis. I actually listened to the words of this song the other day and was kind of blown away. I know that it probably wasn’t written in respect of Jesus but He is whom I first thought of when I heard the song. The first words that hit me were the words “bleeding love” and my thoughts were that is what Jesus’ love is for us. He loves us so much that he died for us and bled his love for us. That is so powerful and now we have that power with us when we accept it. It is so much more amazing to me everyday and more so than I can ever imagine. Thank you Jesus for your bleeding love!

As I listened to the rest of the song it also made me think of our relationship with Jesus. On how we are in life before we find Jesus and then once we find Him how society and life puts pressure on it. But like the song we need to not care what other say because we know the truth. Thank you again Jesus for what you have given us and the new life we have with you.
