Text Messages

How important is your cell phone?
How important is your Bible?

Do you carry it around in your purse/pocket?
Do you flip through it several times a day?
Do you turn around and go back home if you forget it?
Do you use it to receive messages from the text?
Do you treat it like you couldn't live without it?
Do you use it when you travel?
Do you use it in case of an emergency?
Do you share your minutes?

Do you. . .? (I know that you can think of hundreds of other questions to ask yourself)

We pay to use our cell phones; if we do not, the service will be disconnected - and to top that off, we don't get service everywhere, all the time.
No matter how much we use our Bible, it is always available, the minutes are free and we get huge dividends.

Will you re-assess your priorities? I know, I will.

Forgive me Lord Jesus for not putting You first in everything,

Jo

Jo-Thanks for reminding us of what is truly important. You are such a great sister. I too ask for forgiveness. It is nice to know that we don't need to have our cell phone to call non our Father.
